Shipping policy

  

Shipping cost is free for orders of $48 or more.  Orders less than $48 ship for a flat rate of $4.95

Zi Necklaces do not qualify for free shipping ship at current Priority Flat Rate ranging $7.75-$9.50 dependent upon USPS postage rates

 

Orders are shipped through the USPS within 5 business days of checkout, NOT including weekends and holidays.   The day your order is placed is Day 0 and the next day if, a business day is Day 1.  Saturday and Sunday are weekend days and not counted in the 5 day business day count for order processing though some orders may be fulfilled on weekends.  Effort is made to ship quickly.  Please keep in mind that this is a home based business and while owner strives to ship right away, a family of dependents and schedules may cause delays.  

Once an item has shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking sent to the email provided at checkout. Customer is responsible for order upon delivery of package to address entered at checkout.  Seller is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customer.  If package is returned due to incorrect address, customer will be invoiced for new shipping label, even if original order qualified for free shipping.  Seller will not pay shipping more than once on free shipping qualified order  We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to USPS possession or for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.  Delivery disputes, lost packages etc are to be handled by the customer and USPS.
